I have requested QSLs for 42 QSO from OM2SA between 11/23/96 and 11/30/03 .. Of
those requests I have received replies for all except T31MY within 60 days of the
request .. The T31MY QSLs was sent on 12/10/03 and I received the cards on
02/04/04 .. All requests were in a European style air mail envelop, included a
return European style envelope and $ 2 USD .. From my experiences I have had very
good return rates from OM2SA. Charley W1TE
