ZS6QU does QSL. I worked him on 80, 40 and 30 and have
his QSL cards to prove it...I had to email him twice
to remind him that I had sent him my cards...He
replied back admitting that he was WAY behind
QSL-wise.
QSO were at the beginning of 2003 and I got the cards
in about 3 months (I'll have to check for the exact
dates)
