Received today:
9Y4/DL1HCM direct via HC (3 week turn around)
That makes #107 on 80 meters confirmed... 107 out of 108 countries worked (and I've pretty much given up on that UA2 I worked... not even W3HNK's magic has pried a QSL card out of Kalingradsk in 2 years!)
On a related topic, and getting back to the card itself... although I'm not active in IOTA, I've noticed that it's becoming more and more common for eligible "island" QSL cards to show an IOTA notice. This one doesn't. Out of curiousity, does this make the card ineligible for IOTA consideration? Or is the fact that the station was QRV on the main island make it unneccesary? Not trying to start a flame here, just curious.
