the latest info I had was that 1 IRC was still sufficient for Italy.
Silvano was kind enough to send me my qsl and included a note saying that
1 irc is only worth 0.62 Euros now.
and it costs 0.65 Euros for surface mail
and it costs 0.80 Euros for air mail
he didn't say if that was to USA or everywhere.
Silvano, I'll make it up on my next qsl request to you.
and I'll update the IRC chart.
