[Dx-qsl] T5/6O credit

Last week I emailed Bill Moore at the ARRL concerning their announcement of
approval of past T5/6O operations from the Republic of Somaliland and
Puntland which appeared in the Ohio/Penn DX Bulletin #672 on 16 August 2004.
I have just recieved a email from Bill and he told me that the one I
inquired about, the 1999 6O1Z operation from the Republic of Somaliland,
which was originally rejected is now OK for T5.
