Hi gang
At long last I've received my QSL for my 80 metre QSO in February 2003.
I've also just heard back from Bill Moore at DXCC desk that this 
operation is no good for DXCC.
You might be interested to know that the printed label on my card starts 
off with "HO1A confirms the following QSO(s)....", even though the card 
itself is from HP1/DJ7AA and the QSO was with HP1/DJ7AA.
Sounds like a fairly blatant attempt to get round his lack of a licence.
