 TO: Those awaiting qsls from Vlad, UA4HWX
 I had an email exchange with Vlad about 10 days
to two weeks ago and he told me that he and his
helpers had been concentrating on the European
qsls and would be getting to the U.S. qsls in
the next few days or weeks. The address is good
and I feel sure he has received most of the qsls
we have all sent to him. Patience is still the
key. He has to do the qsl requests from the paper
logs he carried with him on his Pacific trip!
