I am still waiting for my cards from Vlad.
I sent mine via Registered Mail on 11-Feb-04
to the address KZ2I mentioned.
Repeated emails to Vlad (at his QRZ email address)
regarding status have gone unanswered.
Hopefully the 'paper log' alibi is the explanation
and not the Russian postal system..... it would
be nice to get his cards before the DXCC deadline!
