[Dx-qsl] Who is the manager for 3E1DX ?

Let me clear this piece up a bit. I have logs for two operations made by DL5XX.....November 1996 and November 1997, before/after and during CQWW CW.
The other logs are with the fellow that John N0JT had in another post.
