[Dx-qsl] Buro rejections

Harry,
 Yes, I am aware of that. However, I think most of us know 
which organizations do not forward to non members.
 However, there are many like VK9NS/VK9NL that will not accept
buro cards. There are lots of others...I just want to kind of get a hold
on this.
 As I said, it is not to make any one look bad. I just want to save my time
and
trouble. 
As a sorter for the ARRL buro, I see lots of these and as time goes by,
I'll make note of them.
