[Dx-qsl] Cocos-Keeling Help!

On Jan.9, 1999 I worked VK9CI on 12M Pho. I sent the QSL to S. Shinozaki
with the appropriate stuff. I sent the card to Cocos Keeling but it came
back marked "person gone home". I put it aside thinking I would just get the
next Cocos Keeling visit! I haven't heard Cocos Keeling since! Any
information regarding the 1999 contact would be appreciated! I need Cocos
Kelling for a DXCC fill in! Did I copy the call wrong?
