When I submitted a S05R QSL for 10 meter DXCC band credit it was
accepted in July 2001 but the credit was removed from my listing in 
April 2002 without any notation on the listing. When I checked with
ARRL for reason, I was advised it was a documentation issue. Maybe
this is why the S05 is being stated as a "new" prefix since the old
S05R were being rejected. I never rechecked to see if the approval 
was ever reinstated...
