[Dx-qsl] Any ham from Harare on this reflector?

Just wonder if there is a ham on this reflector from Harare, Zimbabwe, who
could help me.
I would like to get a qsl or some written confirmation from Z21HD for an Rtty-
qso back in 1996. His name is Ken O Fernandes and I suppose he is an OT that
has stopped with hamradio, no idea abt his health. QTH Harare (Belvedere). Sent
Qsl's in the past, first via buro (wasn't so eager in working rtty-dxcc at that
time) and direct later on. Any info on Ken would be appreciated.
