Frank,
The group has started operations Monday evening.
I spoke to Ronald OY7WP (=PA3EWP) this morning and
He advised me that due to the bad weather on Monday
they only had managed to get one of the quads and
the 30m vertical up. Today the weather forcast was
Better so they hope to complete the station today.
