I would say this is the forum. Please let everyone know about operators
like this so that we can decide if we even want to work them or not.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] Non Responsive DXer
I'm new to the list and have a question. I have no desire to step on any
toes, but I am a buro card sorter and receive monthly many cards for one
particular cw operator who appears totally disinterested in qsling. I've
mailed him notification cards, emailed him, phoned the house several
times and left messages. He never responds in any way, and yes the short
answer whould be for me to throw them away and not worry, but it seems
unfair to the hundreds of dx amateurs he's contacted and who have sent a
card. In some cases they send a second and third, and this is costly to
them, the buro, and the sorters who have to take the time. Is there a
proper way to advertise a call so that those who want his card can give
up, or is there a 'deadbeat' list somewhere? No flames here please. I
have HUNDREDS of cards for this guy and my heart isn't into trashing
them.
