Yes, Jose, I agree with you completely. Every time I send out a batch of
QSL requests, with my Intl size SAE, GS and/or IRC, I will sometimes get
back from the DX, in my envelope, with my QSL, a SASE with a US stamp to
another US ham with a note to please drop it in the mail for the other
guy. It is a big gamble on the other guy's part that the DX will include
his card inside another person's envelope, and that the other person will
be kind enough to drop it into the US mail system for him.
