[Dx-qsl] A61AJ

Please update your databases. The QSL manager for A61AJ is N4QB. He 
has all of the logs that I had. I have no A61AJ logs and no A61AJ QSL 
cards. I know that a few months ago N4QB was missing some logs from 
2002. Please pass this on to your friends and please help me to update 
any old databases. This change took place over one year ago.
