[Dx-qsl] LOGGING IN TO THE ONLINE GOLIST DATABASE

"The "Go-list" QSL database used to allow a few free "guest log-ins" per
month, but I guess it doesn't any more - I haven't been able to use it.
When attempting to, I get a message that "user ID and password are
invalid" - that's after entering my call as user ID and e-mail address as
password, per the site's instructions."
LOGIN PROCEDURE:
The Golist, Qsl Manager Database DOES allow "Guests" to use the Web based
Qsl Manager database for qsl route lookups. This is currently set to 30 look
ups per month and will remain at this level unless it is abused.
Supporters of the database (subscribers) are allowed UNLIMITED lookup each
month and are assigned a permanent USERID and PASSWORD to access the database.
A "Guest" is instructed to use their CALL SIGN as their USERID and their
EMAIL ADDRESS as their PASSWORD. This is done so the user can remember their
USERID and PASSWORD. The database remembers the users FIRST login information
and all future logins must provide the very same, exact USERID and PASSWORD
information or access will be denied. So, if you login in from PathFinder or
DX TELNET, these programs send password info automatically and allow
seamless access. If you then try to login from the web site and don't know
the correct password, you will received the message above.
If this happens, send me an email and I can look up your user file and tell
you what the password is and you will not have a problem as long as you use
the info stored by the database.
Guests could continue to have a problem logging in while using different 
programs
like PathFinder and DX TELNET because of the different passwords. 
Subscribers will
not have this problem. I don't know if this is a problem as nobody has sent me
an email describing this as an issue.
