I understand WF5E QSL service holds onto cards until he has enough to fit
the minimum postage requirements. In other words why send one or two cards
for the 80 cents U.S. postage when he can wait and send 6 or so for the
same 80 cents postage. More of a profit margin for him but a longer wait
for the senders.
I quit using WF5E for this reason. I get cards via the buro faster than
using his service.
