While a GS or mint stamp might work OK, here are two suggestions. First, do
any of them have an e-mail address? It might help to e-mail and ask them
for suggestions in ensuring the envelope gets to them.
Secondly, J6 will almost certainly be activated by a contest team in a
couple of weeks for the CQWW SSB contest (or in November for the CW 'test).
If it is, they are likely going to be a real powerhouse station, and you'll
probably be able to get them on several bands in one weekend. They will
also likely have a stateside manager, so once things get straightened out
after the contest, you'll get just about all the bands you'll ever need J6
on, and you won't have to worry about them again <grin>. If only more
entities were that easy. I still need J6 on 10 and I hope to get them in CQWW.

From what I understand, EX is generally very hard. I did get one from EX2Y
for my very-first-ever EX contact, but for the 5 or 6 I made in CQWW and
WPX contests last/this year respectively, I never got anything back at all
despite several attempts. I'd really like to get them confirmed on 10 and
20 some day!

Actually, Kyrgystan. Denmark's OZ <hi hi>.

I hear you! I'm close to that mark myself (209 worked, 197 confirmed) in
roughly the same time frame, and there are a few I just can't seem to get.
ER is the worst, and UA2 was bad too. EX is bad, I still need Uzbekistan
(I'm not holding my breath for that one) back as well. Pakistan was hard
but I finally got it after several e-mails and 3 tries. I'm still waiting
over 6 months for Paraguay, UAE (A61AJ) and CY9--even though he has a
stateside manager. Also waiting for K1B, but I hope that will come in shortly.
Good luck!
