[Dx-qsl] QSLs From J6

I do know that foreign postoffices (even tho
they join IRC union) do not like to exchange a lot of IRC's for a ham
getting a lot of them as it depletes their Cash/stamp supply till months
later when redeemed. I find a $ green stamp much more effective in these
areas.
That's a very good point. When I first started QSLing actively, I sent a
lot of IRCs and my best rate of return was at best 40%. That increased to
somewhere around 65-70% with a Green Stamp or two, as required. I just
started trying mint stamps, but it's too early to tell how well it's
working yet. Only started a few weeks ago with a couple here and there. I
did get Mauritius back in 2 weeks and one from Spain in 3, but so far,
that's it.
