Don't know Pete. I know that the cards I send all fit in the 6 3/4 return envelopes...although the 7's would be nicer. However, I notice that the 9's etc run a lot more than the 10 and 6 3/4 size, because of demand.
6 3/4 should work for most US managers, as most use the 3.5/5.5 card size, and you can usually get 4-5 cards in before the envelope gets so wide that the glue strip grabs something besides the envelope.
