[Dx-qsl] Press It - Seal It Envelopes

Sure I could use standard lick and seal envelopes, much cheaper. But, I am
trying to make the sealing chore more easy for the DX and/or their managers.
Steven Wheatley encouraged me to keep on doing that several months back when
this subject was last discussed. I am just trying to tell the DX community
to check for the removable wax paper strip on the back flap, tear it off and
then just PRESS. The envelopes that I use, when sealed, stick like, you know
what, to a blanket.
