Work one that has a manager in another country.

I worked BZ4DHI a couple of times, once in April of 2001, once in
March of 2002.
His QSL manager is I1YRL. The 2001 card came back in 45 days, the
2002 card was in my mailbox in 15 days.
Seriously, maybe the secret is not having to mail the card to China.
