I have one that I'm about to put in the mail tomorrow...maybe I should have 
just saved the stamps. At least it isn't a handful of Green Stamps going 
into Limbo. Still holding at 196 confirmed, so this is a pretty big one for 
me to wait on indefinitely :-(
In the coming weeks I'll be making the time to volunteer as a QSL manager 
myself, and I'll ensure that my e-mail address is accurate and widely 
known. It's somewhat disappointing to see a US manager for a rare entity 
not at least be able to explain what's happening. While it's no substitute 
for a card, knowing that he's waiting for logs, or heaven forbid there's an 
urgent family matter or whatever, is at least better than not knowing 
anything and wondering if a rare catch will go unconfirmed.
