I am still waiting.
I sent direct QSLs for 9K2USA, 9K11POW, 9K2RA
to 9K2RA with several Green stamps.
Followed up with an email to 9K2ZZ at the six month
point who was promoting the process.
Have heard nothing from anyone about anything.
