Masa,
I received my 4U1ITU from I1YRL and recently submitted it for DXCC
credit. The question is, are these cards going to count from I1YRL or
get rejected?

Hello OMs, I'm sure this is worth posting.
I confirmed 4U1ITU for QSOs of 11/1997,09/1999 and 09/2001 at one card..
Sent to Genave on 10/12/01 and received today on 31/05/02 - 170days.
Sent to I1YRL on 30/04/02 and received very quick on 18/05/02 - 18days.
So it appeared that BOTH ways worked for me.
