Kind of a strange question, isn't it ?
Iam sure you don't mean CR8 but 4W, correct ?
You see East-Timor is 4W since March 2000 and theres
been pleanty of activity from the Territory since then
from 160 to 6m. (I have to agree that 160, 80 and 6m.
need a bigger effort in the future).
CR8 was taken off the DXCC list after 1975 and becomed
a Portuguese mainland prefix.
When I was there I worked a lot of PA's, Iam not sure
about you but will check the LOG later, nevertheless theres still a HAM in East-Timor, Thor 4W6MM.
Lets see whats going to happen with the DXCC Status of East-Timor now:
-If it will remain the same, with UNTAET QSOs being valid for the same Entity.
-Or if it will change for an all time new DXCC Entity.
Time will tell.
