A year ago I sent 5H3RK a SAE and an IRC and never received a reply.
Back in March of this year I sent a SASE and a G.S. to 5H3RK for my second
try and received a card in about a month. My suggestion is to use green
stamp(s) and/or include Tanzanian airmail postage.
