[Dx-qsl] Yugoslavia

Hello Folks,
A short time ago I remember reading that someone had cards returned to them 
because they used "Yugoslavia" on the outgoing envelope.I checked the USPS 
online country list and they show "Serbia-Montenegro" in place of Yugoslavia 
with a footnote (something to the effect of "limited delivery..consult your 
post office".).Since
K1B CW cards are going to Hrane,YT1AD,I'd like to be sure they get to 
him.Anyone confirm this change of country??
