XW0X Direct, about a 2 month turn around.
I'd sent him two new IRC's, incidently, and as advised, only addressed the
envelope with the PO Box -- no name.
Be advised, if you send Hiroo an SAE, a standard #6 envelope is too small --
he had to fold the edge of the card to get it in.
