Hi Bill,
Wish you luck. I have tried to get a ST/G4CTQ confirmation with no success,

Even sent him an e-mail to his address [email protected] and it didn't
bounce back. So I guess he not only ingress QSL requests and SASEs with
green stamps and IRCs, but doesn't answer his e-mail either.
