IOTA NEWS................
SA-066. The Association of Radioamateurs of Venezuela and the Grupo
DX Caracas are organizing their annual IOTA DXpedition to
celebrate Venezuelan Navy Day 2002. YW1T will operate from
Toas Island, Zulia State Islands, on SSB and CW from 160-6
meters from July 23-28th. QSL direct and via the bureau to
W4SO, their mail drop. QSLs will be verified and mailed from
Venezuela. A commemorative plaque will be issued to the DX
station that works them on the most bands and modes.
2000 sent to W4SO my QSL for YW5LF (SA059) with one USD, 2001 sent
him my QSL for 4M1X (SA089) and again an other for YW5LF naturly
with an other USD. Both QSO are for now still not confirmed.
If I'm able to work YW1T during 2002 have to send him all tree
QSL's or exists a better route?
Any suggest are very welcome.
PS: via bureau sent many QSLs for contest calls as 4M4M, 4M5X and
W4SO too. Never received an answer!
