I heard Hiro with a 5X9 signal on 15M yesterday explaining to a few ops that it is
Absolutely forbidden to have US Dollars in XW.. He said IRC's are the only way to go to get a card from him.. I believe he asks for 2 IRCs..Also he said that his license has to be renewed every 3 months and he is the only op currently QRV from
