lu2cn (S.A.R.A.) has been manager for many years. lu4dxu has been mentioned
recently as being able to help out.
personally, i am waiting for a qsl for qso back in 2000.
sent to lu2cn in 4/00 (2 green stamps), 5/01(2gs), 2/02 (2 gs and self
prepared return qsl, and some extra blank ones i printed for them to use) and
to lu4dxu 6/02 (1gs + 1 irc). as you can guess, i would like to know the
secret too!!
