I too am/was sorter for the "I" from the W9 buro and agree with Fred on
what he has said. Will add one item that Fred mentions above about the
postage. Do NOT attach additional stamps to the envelope. Send these (or $)
loose for the sorter to attach as he determines. Had one instance that
one envelope had 2 1ドル stamps attached to the envelope and got only abt
5-10 cards per year. What to do?? I finally sent to him with a note
and he thanked me for the info.....
