[Dx-qsl] S21AR route?

I'm looking for a QSL route for Rashid, S21AR. There's a lot of
confusion on this one:
(1) The Callbook says: Abdur Rashid, GPO Box 3512, Dhaka 1000,
Bangladesh.
(2) QRZ.COM says: Abdur Rashid, c/o D.M.Hemayet, 186 National
Stadium-1 (1st Fl.), Banga Bandhu Avenue, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh.
(3) E-mail to Rashid's address given in QRZ.COM comes back marked,
"USER UNKNOWN."
(4) JA1UT was the manager for years, but cards received after about
February or March 2002 seem to be via DIRECT only.
Does anybody out there have any RECENT experience that would indicate a
good route? Thanks!
