As an ex qsl manager for Z24JH, Zl1BIL and HR2DH, I agree that the bureau
works very well indeed, and cannot understand the attitude of some of the so
called managers nowadays. I got my share of cards with no SASE or return
postage of any kind, and to the best of my knowledge, only one card was not
replied to, and that one had no date of QSO, no SASE, no return address or
much of anything else, and there was no e mail address for him either. If I
received a card without return postage, the answered card was tossed in the
pot with my own bureau cards and went out with them. To me, it was part of
being a manager. Too bad that others don't feel that way and treat it like a
business......
