[Dx-qsl] Flat Rate Envelopes

Would one of the subscribers who is affiliated with the USPO help me with
this question.
A clerk at my local PO told me today that the postal service was no longer
offering the flat rate envelope--I don't know if that is the official namel;
it was the envelope you bought with enough postage for 2 pounds but you
could then send as much as you could stuff into the envelope without having
to worry about weighing it.
Has that truely been discontinued?
