[Dx-qsl] "Heard in all Oblasts" (was: SWL Cards)

I am "W-18-Z" award manager and also very active as SWL
I hope SWL QSL cards are valid not only to dustbin :-)
If any HAM here have enough number of SWL QSL cards to our award class 2
(but ALL cards must be from SWLs,

the next Saturday and I will send award to you without fee. The only thing
I need from you - all correct SWL reports must be answered.
