I guess if most hams have "always done it" that
constitutes a majority of sorts and your need to be
convinced to do it a minority so why bother? If one
wishes to not QSL an swl report dont. There wont be
any lightning bolt from heaven just some disapointed
young man somewhere in the world. Some of the most
cherished cards in my swl collection are from hams
because they are not a big government backed station
but an individual who took personal time to read my
report and confirm it. And yes swl'ing hams DID spark
my interest in becoming a ham.
