Hi!
Yes, there are many hams which reply to SWL's 100%.
There are also hams which answer only directly for any cards.
But unbelievable to receive bureau QSL for my ham call from
station which QSL's never received for SWL call! And that station
ask for my QSL. What can I do? Sometimes want to send that QSL back and
mark it "don't need" or "will no answer for you".
And about cluster messages. What stations usually looking for IOTA
expeditions - DL8AAM, DL8DXL, DL5AUA, DL5WW, F5NOD, F6BFH, I8LEL,
IK1GPG, I1JQJ and other fifty or hundred IOTA chasers. And they also
put messages in the cluster. If I logged IOTA station which worked
with one from this chasers, it's not means that I used cluster messages!
