I QSL 100% to all SWL cards I get. I figure they are possible hams of the
future. If they get into the hobby through this interest, they are likely
to be good operators if they get a license. They are more likely to
pursue a license if they get suipport from the ham community. Didn't a
lot of us get our start that way? My interest was initially sparked by
listening to our old short wave radio back in the 40's and 50's when I
was a QRP lad.
