I don't mean to be negative, and absolutely no personal criticism is
intended, but why have a QSL manager in a country known to have problems
with mail theft (Russia)? This expedition will of course generate lots of
QSL requests and I wonder how many will have to send repeat requests or use
registered mail. As I said, no criticism of the operators is intended, but
maybe they should consider a mail drop somewhere else or a manager in
another location.
