[Dx-qsl] IRC/GS chart

I keep a chart on the web concerning the amount of IRC'S or GS's needed for
direct postage from a DX stations country.
It's as up to date as possible. I make changes almost immediately upon
receipt of the info.
But with the coming of the Euro, I'd appreciate it if people will take a
look an give me an update on the conversion rate info.
I'll also be glad to take any new country info also.
I only accept info from hams residing in the country they are reporting on
and list the Callsign of the reporting person.
I also wish that people report on the 'preferred' form of compensation. I've
become aware that in some countries and indeed some areas of countries irc's
are difficult to exchange.
Also I have been informed that in some countries it is difficult to exchange
currencies other than US dollars.
Maybe the Euro should become Worldwide? But what would we call it, The
Universo???

In any collection of data, the figure most obviously correct, beyond all
need of checking, is the mistake.
