I'm really surprised Ken. My experience is that low-banders are
exceptional QSLers. I'm at 100% for 40ssb/75ssb countries worked at
least one month ago.
For new ones, I always send direct with two green stamps. That may be
a bit of overkill for a few countries, but these days it's the cost
of airmail in most.
I use nesting airmail envelopes, and hide the $$ between my QSL and the SAE.
Makes a nice flat package. No callsigns anywhere, and printed address
label and metered stamp for "special situations".
