It has been two years since I last needed a card from Jacky. I did
talk to
him on the air back in '99 and he said he was having trouble getting
US mail. I then sent card to him registered so I could get that 80
mtr
3B8 card for 5BDXCC. I had no problem getting one back after I
sent it registered.
Jacky is a great QSLer whenf he gets the cards and SAEs. If there is
anyone
to flame, flame the 3B8 post.
