[Dx-qsl] Some ARRL DXCC rejects

Hi DXCC,
Could I get an explaination please of this information that I recieved in a 
email from a VP2MEM member on the DXpedition.

Same here..I need this VP2MEM 80M card. It would be 100 CFMED..or any of the
other
20 plus cards I have out there.
YES ARRL said NO DOCUMENTATION. THATS ALL THEY SAID.
As you see I am copying this to the DXCC desk.
