[Dx-qsl] Philosophical logging question?

My approach is strictly practical:
If it's an all time new entity for me that turns out to be a pirate, I
delete it from my logging software but leave it in my written log (I also
keep both) labeled "pirate". This is because my logging software adds 1 to
my countries worked total if I don't.
If it's an entity I've worked before, I label it "pirate" in the software
and the written log, and leave it in both.
