[Dx-qsl] RE: QSL's Waiting

Thanks to everyone for their response.
It appears that everyone has had excellent luck getting cards from some =
of those that have been difficult or maybe just slow for me.
I did a little research again after viewing some of the responses.
3B9FR My first try was to F6FNU who has been very good on all the cards =
I have sent. I got no response, but later was told by 3B9FR to qsl =
direct. My next 2 submissions have not yielded results.
EP2MKO Again my first card went to RU6FZ with no response. Someone told =
me over the air that I should be sending cards to UA6HWC registered. I =
did that twice with no response.
I have been very active over the years so have sent out thousands of =
cards with less than 10 percent not returned. I have reworked all the =
countries on my list and received cards from all except 3B9, KP1, and =
EP2.
